Colorful Letters on Storefront Windows

The single most important thing to remember when designing lettering that goes on a window is use contrasting colors. Bar none the most critical thing to remember especially when you have complete control of what your final window letter design will look like. We try to help you make a good design, but designing something badly is really easy too! The main thing to keep in mind is that in general a window viewed from the outside will appear to be a deep dark grey color. With that in mind use light colors to contrast again it. Red, Dark Blue, Black, Dark Green are all bad choices as primary colors unless they have an outline in a light color such as white or yellow. White, Yellow, Light Blue, Pink, Orange all stand out well on a window by themselves, but also can be accented by outlines and shadows effectively.

After you have completed this step you will be redirected to the shopping cart. There will be a large red next step button to lead you back to the script step selection screen.
