The cursive text style is a very common font typeface used in the English language. There are two basic forms of handwriting in the English language cursive and block lettering. Sometimes cursive is often used the same as script. Cursive style letters originated from the need to write faster than regular print. In fact the word cursive is Greek for "flowing".
