Our Banner Designer allows you to customize the imprint of your Banner using any of the fonts on our web site. Colors and basic layout can be changed using the designer. We provide a "what you see is what you get" experience. Once you have added your sign to your shopping cart and checkout, we produce your banner, and ship in 2 business days. All banners come with double lock stitch seams and grommets every 2-3 feet.

Our banners are made out of a 13 oz/sq inch glossy scrim banner material. This material is considered heavy duty and is suitable for outdoor use.

Grommets are circular metal "donut" shaped pieces that are installed in all of our banners. Grommets allow you to tie up a banner. They serve as reinforcement for the banner material. Below is a picture of a grommet.

We support Internet Explorer IE 5.5 or later, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Please update your browser to the newest version if possible if you are not using one of these. Make sure javascript is enabled, you should receive a message alerting you if it is not.

Be sure you are clicking outside of the text box after you change your text, this will refresh the page for you.

The preview on the right does not change until you click outside of the text box you are typing in. This causes the page to load the updated image. Users on high speed broadband should see an preview rather quickly. If you use dial up internet it will take a few seconds for the new image to load.

The banner designer fits your imprint text as best it can in the to the space available text area. If you try to type to much on one line the font size is automatically decreased so it will fit. We make this as easy as possible to use therefore the text is automatically centered on the sign and made as large a possible. If you can't situate the text to your liking using the designer you can contact us to set up the specific design for you. Alternatively, you can place your order and leave a comment using the "leave comment" feature when you checkout. We will make the necessary changes when the order is produced.

The Banner Designer is only capable of doing basic layout adjustments. We do this to keep it easy to use for everyone.

Tips for more advanced text placement:

• Spaces can be added before or after text to force the designer to move your text left or right
• Spaces can be added by pressing the enter key above and below your text to shift it up and down
  

The key thing to remember, what you see is what we will produce. If it doesn't look right when you order it and we have no comment on the item it will be produced like you see.

We encourage you to come up with a design you're pleased with on the site. If you need a small change to the layout of your design we recommend you go ahead and place the order and leave a comment on the specific item you need adjusted. We will email you a proof (preview of layout, you will need to approve), so please monitor your email after you place an order.

For major changes to the layout we recommend you email us directly to help design something specific. Please include information such as fonts, colors, and relevant images you might want placed on it.

We accept jpg, png, and bmp files through the site, allowing you to see a preview of your design immediately. We realize there are other file types that can be used. At this time our site is only capable of using those three types. Vector files such as ai,eps,cdr and pdf we can also use, but you must email us these files directly. After your order is placed we will email you a proof for review and approval, please check your email periodically after you place your order as you will be getting the proof within 24 hours.

If you have ever seen a parade banner, you have seen pole pockets. Pole pockets can be attached to any side of the banner. They allow you to slide a pole through the pocket and support the banner. Our pole pockets provide approximately a 2" opening for the pole. Banners with a full color graphical background will have WHITE pockets unless otherwise noted. Banners that are a solid color will have pole pockets in the same color as the banner.
